Here are 2 that I will use should something happen. They are both from the office of Fadell, Cheney, Burt.

Blaine D. Gadow (he handles the criminal law portion of the shooting).
(602) 254-8900
(602)254-8989 FAX

Jeffrey L. McLerran (handles the civil suit portion of a shooting should one arise).
(602) 257-7901
(602) 254-8989 FAX
Office location is 1601 North 7th Street, Suite 400. Phoenix, Az. 85006.

To retain these guys, I believe Jeff stated that it would be approx $5,000.00 or more to do so. Which is about right in regards to what I have been advised by other attorneys!

McLerran handles some of my civil injury depositions that I do.

I hope you never have to resort to a Public Defender, but if you do, struggle to get David Euchner of the Pima County PD's Office. He's a solidly pro-2nd Amendment guy and political activist as well.

We actually wrapped up this morning.

I'm pleased with him, he's a no bullshit kind of guy and a former prosecutor. We didn't go to trial or anything, so I didn't get to see him in action so to speak, but he most certainly had my best interest in mind and definitely knows his way around the court.

And no, i'm not a criminal. ;)

Nope. My case is currently suspended and will be dismissed providing I complete TASC.

I was charged with a class 4 felony for possessing a 1/4 pill of xanax. My gun was also confiscated at the time, yet I wasn't charged with a class 3 felony for weapons misconduct. Jamal got the court/DA to write me a letter telling Gilbert PD to release my property.

As one of the assholes, I'd say you got a good deal. Take your diversion and run with it. Many counties don't even offer it.

FYI Misconduct Involving Weapons per 13-3102A8 is a class 4 felony and there is case law which requires proof of a "nexus" between the possession of the drugs and possession of the weapon. That is not something for the officers to really decide so they are going to seize most any guns as evidence and let the County Attorney's Office figure the charges out.

FYI Blaine Gadow is a good attorney.

Well, I guess you oughta know.
Why not move on up to Federal Prosecuter, then you can start working on treasonous congresspeople.
