I think a few years ago they passed a law that any NFA item made in Wyoming for use only in Wyoming was exempt from NFA laws.

God, I love Wyoming.

Fixed it for you. These laws are a ticket to ClubFed for people that rely on them.

Just like marijuana laws and illegal immigration; the .gov will enforce what/when they want... And they like to enforce their gun-rights infringements. :(

yes...as long as they're made and used locally, not to be sold outside of the state. that particular one started in montana and some other states piled on. it is currently on docket in the supreme court (montana shooting association vs. holder, iirc). this is a 10th amendment case (not 2nd) that will have large repercussions if it sides with montana. i wouldn't hold my breath though.

The state of Wyoming has no power in our republic to enforce such an unconstitutional law.

These wasteful efforts are doomed to fail.

You'd think they might learn to elect people who, if they haven't themselves gone to law school, at least employ people who have.

Enough G-men get perished, they'll figure out that without State badge-bearers backing them up, all they have in DC is the power to STEAL our money (before we get our checks) and the power to make bullshit Laws that they cannot enforce.

Like I stated before, CO and WA just give DC "The finger" and the VOTERS voted THEMSELVES the authority to UNDO, the HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS of stolen taxpayer monies, which have been used to "fight marijuana", to halt it's commerce (Inter AND Intra State), incarcerate those who dare to possess the devil weed, and made a mockery out of State and Fed level efforts, rules, Laws, and dictates against it.

The Feds will do nothing, they are outnumbered vastly...and they know it. This IN SPITE of the perversion of the Medical profession in CA, here, and many other states with this "Medical Marijuana" fiasco.

The States are bound to the will of The People.

Enough folks say "ENOUGH" and at least two states will experience a loss in productivity, a sudden inability for many folks to complete sentences, and a run on snack foods typically only seen around college campuses.

I, for one, am happy to know, that at least on a State level, that fewer people will be having their doors kicked in, their dogs, kids or elderly relatives SHOT DEAD, or be incarcerated for decades over a damn plant...and the commensurate destruction of the 4th and 5th Amendments from all the "exceptions" made to basic Constitutional guarantees based on "The War on (some) Drugs".

Amen and amen. About f'n time.

This should be our strategy regarding our EBRs...The answer...is NO! WE WILL NOT COMPLY.

D.

As always...well said.

Side note...i wonder if azmjs realizes that approx 80% members of the board ignore his posts. I know he is posting things but I don't bother to see what he says.

Thank God for the little things in life. :)
