We are in the transition from the Sole Prop known as AZEXARMS to the LLC known as AZEX-QC,LLC and I am trying to move all of the stuff on this SOT to the new one or get paperwork in to get it transferred OUT by Jul 1, 2012.

IF YOU HAVE STUFF HERE, GET YOUR PAPERWORK IN NOW! I really don't want to deal with calling in favors because you waited 6 mos. to put in your paperwork.

YES, it's taking NFA Branch FIVE MONTHS to get F4s (For Trusts!) back approved. There isn't a thing I, or anyone else, can do about this right now. This bullshit Government can find a Billion dollars in a week to give to one-legged, hermaphrodite, Haitians with AIDS but can't find the funds to hire more NFA examiners. Call your Congresscritter and Senatoad and complain, please.

FEB 1, 2012, if there's stuff here that HASN'T BEEN SUBMITTED, I'm going to Form 3 it to the new FFL/SOT. If you have your 200 bucks in AFTER that, your transfer WON'T go through.

I'm going to be making calls right after Christmas and sending out a pile of postcards to compel folks to update their records. Last Audit there were 80+ items STILL listed as inventory of the OLD FFL we had from 99-07, even though I could produce approved forms showing they all were transferred to the new license in 07.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, get your stuff sent ASAP.

To clarify, we already hold the new LLC FFL/SOT, so new transfers aren't going to be a problem at all. I'm simply trying to clear up the outstanding items on the old FFL.
