Due to the (mostly) good and nice guys here, I just paid for my first suppressor, a Thompson Machine ISIS-2 (courtesy of Merchant Firearms, the most painless firearms transaction I've ever done) and my Form 1 paperwork (for a Quentin Defence Billet lower) is being mailed today!

Both are via my LLC, so no CLEO paperwork was needed.

Of the suppressor? Its still being manufactured by Brook at Thompson Machine. Before I ordered it I'd been talking to him, and he'd reserved one for me. Should be at Merchant in about 2 weeks. Its indentical to the original ISIS in dimensions, IIRC -- Brook just tweaked the takedown and baffles.

Exactly my thought! Aaron said as soon as the transfer paperwork was approved he'd mail my Form.

What sucked was the guy called me and said I could get my can.... I got my hopes up...

I asked him to check for sure.... Oh yeah... it's not here yet... DANG!!

Exactly what I thought, and the reviews are pretty good. Its a take-apart can too, so that means I can shoot 22lr from it. The manufacturer says its fine for 300 BLK subsonic, in a 12.5" barrel or longer.
